Cancellation
You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Subcription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly Subscription period.
Cancellation needs to be informed latest on 20th in a given month.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.
Limited Warranty
Dream Projects makes no warranties (express, implied or statutory) with respect to the Software and the accompanying written materials including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Dream Projects be liable to subscriber for any direct or indirect damages including loss of profits, lost savings, loss of data, or other special incidental or consequential damages arising out of subscribers use of or inability to use the software.
Right of inspection
Dream Projects, its agents and representatives shall have the right at any time during usual business hours to inspect the Software
Title
All of the Software shall remain personal property and the title thereto shall remain with Dream Projects at all times. Subscriber shall keep the Software free from any and all judgments, liens and encumbrances. Subscriber shall give Dream Projects immediate notice of the attachment or other judicial process, lien or encumbrance affecting the Software and shall indemnify and save Dream Projects harmless of and from any loss or damage caused thereby.
Use and return of software
Subscriber shall exercise due and proper care in the use of the software. Upon expiration or termination of this subscription, Subscriber, at its sole expense, shall forthwith pack and return the software to Dream Projects in the same condition as when received by the subscriber.
Indemnity
Subscriber shall indemnify and hold Dream Projects harmless of and from any and all claims, losses, liabilities (including negligence, tort and strict liability), damages, judgments, suits or legal proceedings, including court costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees, related to the use of the Software.
Default
Subscriber hereby hires and takes from Dream Projects the personal property consisting of certain proprietary computer software which shall include all replacement parts, additions, upgrades and maintenance (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"). The Software is and shall at all times be and remain the sole and exclusive property of Dream Projects and Subscriber shall have no right, title or interest therein or thereto except as to the use thereof subject to the terms and conditions of this subscription.
Risk Warning
Trading with the products and services of the Dream Projects may, even if made in accordance with a Recommendation, result in losses as well as profits.
